Hello! I am Catherine Sleiman but they use to call me Cathy. I am French and resident in Denia for more than two decades. 

I am a real estate specialist in Denia and second homes. During all these years, I have been advising both national and foreign clients, offering services in French and English to ensure clear and effective communication.

A few years ago, I made the decision to take a significant step in my career by choosing to work only on exclusive sale authorizations. This choice has allowed me to focus my attention and resources on each client in a more personalised way, ensuring a dedicated approach and quality services.

With 24 years of professional experience, I consider myself an expert in the Denia property market and in the search for second homes. 

My expertise is not only based on knowledge, but also on a continuous commitment to training and certifications. 

I am proud to be recognised as a "Professional Expert in Economics and Real Estate Brokerage" (Uned) and to hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), Realtor and AIR (Registered Real Estate Agent) certifications. 

My commitment to quality extends to my membership of AMPSI, the Association of Professional Women in the Real Estate Sector as well as ASICVAL (Real Estate Association of the Valencian Region) and FAI (Federation of Real Estate Agencies).

I would like to point out that throughout all these years I have managed to build up an extensive network of collaborators and I belong to the MLS Denia association which brings together some 20 agencies in Denia. All this allows me to further expand my capabilities to meet your real estate needs in a comprehensive manner.

From the year 2023 all real estate agents operating in the Valencian Community must be registered. So from 23rd March 2023, I am registered under my fiscal name MAR Y DOMUS, S.L. in the Registry of Real Estate Agents of the Valencian Community (RAICV 00330). This step reflects my commitment to transparency and legality in all my transactions.
